Well it IS a Full head and under magnification I can't see any rub... good luster too

I'd call it an MS-70 ... as in Meltable Silver worth 70c ...

I was excited to see your 1919 SLQ in FH - as I was out bid
on another 1919 FH the other day on eBay. I was thinking it
might have been you... guess not ... LOL
That poor coin's so beat up - I'd drill a hole in it and use it as
a key chain. It looks like you found that coin underneath a snow
pile dragged along by the snow plow.
