Here is a 1951 Mickey Mantle (Of) Out of Focus. Cards with focus below the minimum standards for the grade will be designated "OF." according to the PSA website. This is the first card I have seen with this qualifer.

I have a 1952 Bowman Mays that is in a PSA 4 holder and it definitely has the same out of focus. Do you think there is not a qualifier due to it only being a 4?

I find it interesting that o/c barely shows up on lower to mid grade cards.
