Would this be rejected for grading?

I have a BU morgan dollar with a little bit of black spots on the reverse. It's been there since I bought the coin over 30 years ago. Hasn't gotten any worse since then. Carbon spots? I'm not sure.

Would it get rejected if I send it in for grading?

Hard to say without pics. If it's just toning, then it would grade. If it's paint splatter, then it wouldn't, just depends. Pics would help a ton.

Would love to see pics. What year and mintmark? Circulated or UNC?

How big is the spot and where is it?

I scanned it, but says file to big to attach. I have no idea how to get picture posted. It's a Choice BU Morgan

If it's a common date, it's almost certainly not worth the cost to slab it.
