Have Not Sent Anything In For A Couple Of Years. Just Got Back in And My PSA Guidelines For My Start Up Has No Stickers For Back Of Cards To Send In. Do We Have To Install Little White Stickers On Back Top With Submission # And Card #

    I've never ever used those stickers.
