Alright so either I happened to click the correct links, or they make their customer support number readily available and quick/easy to use...
I was on hold no more than 30 seconds and actually had someone who somewhat understood English, and was able to resolve my issue.

Customer Support>Contact Us>Selling *Fees Billing Etc*> Call us 866-540-3229 (Must have the pin from going through this)

Yeah it's right after 'contact us' and they give you a pin that's good for 15 minutes.

Thought everyone knew this.

All I know is you better hope Scott doesn't happen upon this thread.

The thing is you need the PIN number.

Click on customer support and go from there, I generally use "account' and technical difficulties.

From there you will than see 'contact us'

You don't need the pin number. I have probably called several times lately, and have had very little hold time. Almost always, the individual is an English speaking person with good intelligence about the ebay system.
