dug this recently. its really big. got a new pc and can't get my sd card to work, so had to use scan. unfortunatly hp does'nt provide the software for my scanner anymore. discovering that Win 7 is worse than the previous version.
ok found that my droid phone takes decent pics
i used to work for the odd fellows, so this find is a little more special for me.

    can you take a photo using a digital camera? then you can resize it if it needs it.

    Ive little idea what it is , but i can read California along the bottem and what looks like moon at the top , i know it makes little sense. I also see the all seeing eye and a linked chain like on early cents and what might be a US eagle atop it all. I'd guess it's a president or candidate in the middle , that's a nice piece.
