US Minted Phillipines Coinage Info needed

I went into a local coin shop today and saw some very nice US coins minted for the Philippines.
I am thinking about picking up a few if I can get some information on them.
Can anyone tell me about these coins? Does PCGS grade them? If so, where would the be listed in the price guide?

    I have never bought from them, and the prices seem a little high, but you might want to check out this page. And yes, PCGS will grade them.

    They are in the Red Book, toward the back.

    The Guide Book of United States Coins (the "Red Book") covers Philippine coins in a section that's updated every year.
