Question for the experts

A card is glued into a scrapbook and is removed. The front is in great shape but the back has a surface tear that runs from side to side (about 1/4 inch wide). What would be the maximum grade this card could receive?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

PSA would grade PSA-1. Although there are a few companies that you could get a gem mint out of - some you can even name your own grade and they will slab it for ya.
