How to ship to China and make sure you are covered by PAYPAL

I am close to shipping a relatively expensive card to CHINA. Please help me with any suggestions. I have NEVER shipped to CHINA and want to make sure I ship it correctly with proper PAYPAL coverage. Also, can you give me an idea how much it will cost for 1 card valued at $600 insured?
Currently collecting all sports HOF Rookie Cards graded by PSA...for my sons Jayce & Luke.

    It has GOT to have tracking and be signed for (especially if it is over $250). I believe the way I ship internationally is called USPS International Express. It is pricey, but it is the main way to protect yourself...... The cost to ship that way with a $600 card? It is around the $30ish range...
