Bamboozled?

Well I've a few hundred graded cards on ebay and I think I finally bought some that appear to have had their cases tampered with. Before I complain I wanted to get the opinion of the board. Both cards show the same damage to one corner of the case where it looks like it may have been opened then 3 'frosted' areas on both the left and right of the cases. It's most visible from the back. Thoughts?
Here's some scans, let me know if it would help to see any more perspectives:

Currently collecting 1934 Butterfinger, 1969 Nabisco, 1991 Topps Desert Shield (in PSA 9 or 10), and 1990 Donruss Learning Series (in PSA 10).
The 4: There's a surface crease in the lower left, it's hard to see from scans but not as bad in person. The back edges look a little rough and there's minor corner wear. Other than the light crease it looks above average for a 4 to me. Is it ok for a 4 to have a crease?
The 6: I'm not all that familiar with 6's of this vintage. It was a lot and I wanted the 4 and figured I'd just sell the 6 off. The side is a little rough cut but the corners are reasonably sharp. The back shows some wear, but not too bad. Is this in line with the expectation of a 6? Here's the back and some example corners:
Any worry that the cards could be counterfeit or something? A seemingly damaged case just raises some questions. Hopefully I was worrying about nothing!
"Is it ok for a 4 to have a crease?" Evidently, SGC thinks so. Also the 6 definetely looks
like a 6 to me.

PS - what you are calling a surface crease looks more like a print line. Normal on the 1954 Topps. The Hank Aaron rookie card has it too on certain ones....
<< <i>Ahhh, the dreaded surface crease. I was going to say that's the best looking 4 I've seen.

PSA thinks so as well. I have 1952 Bowman Small Sammy Baugh PSA 4 that has a surface crease on the front, not visible on the back. like this Al Kaline, it runs through an insignificant portion of the card... and overall the card looks better than the grade thanks to the crease being a large reason for a lower grade.
This picture doesn't do my card enough justice as the corners are sharp. I'll try to get a better scan up. The surface crease is between the football and the helmet, with a slight bit going over the football.
