Yes. They appear to be.
A Type 1 planchet is a planchet without the upset rim.
A Type 2 planchet has the upset rim.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
The name is LEE!

Hard to tell for sure on some of them. You'd need to check weights and diameters.
The bottom left is pretty definitely a Sacagawea/Presidential blank.
The scalloped one is pretty definitely foreign.

Yes, they are from many different countries, although some of them look like Canadian planchets. The planchet on the bottom left looks like a T-1 Planchet (upset rim, but unburnished.)
