Why a 1995 Score Rules Jumbo Jose Canseco is so hard to find??

These oversized cards numbered to /3000 are almost impossible to find.. I know most collectors aren't into cards that aren't standard sized but as a player collector these jumbo cards drive me crazy. I have been looking for a Jose Canseco from this set for 16 years without any luck at all. if anyone knows someone who has one by all means hook me up.. I will pay a very fair price and reward or trade very heavily in someone's favor to get one. my only stipulation is it has to be NrMt-Mt.

QQ: Are there two versions of this? A regular sized and a jumbo? Or are they all jumbo?
<< <i>I wonder if, due to their huge size [e.g. if it was 5x7 or less, perhaps more would have been kept], many tossed them. It's like trying to find a 1988 Topps Folder -- those are similarly sized, and equally scarce.
