question about ebay transactions

Good afternoon,
I was curious how long you guys usually wait before reporting that a buyer has not paid for an auction they won on eBay? I have three buyers who won auctions over a week ago and have not paid yet. I've sent two invoices. How long do you all usually wait before taking some sort of action?
I would appreciate any feedback.

I depends on the value for me, only because I get most impatient as the price goes up. In general, I'll send a reminder invoice (my first contact) within about 3 days of auction end. I'll send a more 'personal' reminder after another 2 days. After 10 days, it's NPB time for me.

<< <i>Thank you for that. The auctions were all under $20 - so it's not a big deal. It's more of an inconvenience than anything. I personally don't understand bidding on an item you don't have the money for or weren't planning to pay for in a week's time. I have a feeling a lot of times, it's because they are also waiting on some of their own items to sell so they don't have to go out of pocket for the purchase. >>
That's part of it, but I also hear stories of some jackwads bidding on more than one of an item, trying to ensure they win at least one, then only paying for the lowest price.

Sometimes I like to wait for my credit card billing cycle to roll over before I initiate a charge to get an extra 30 days to pay without interest. But if I'm ever planning to wait longer than 5-7 days to pay, which is virtually never, I'd at least let the seller know.
So i basically wait 15 days , I have given a few buyers up to 3 weeks.
This is why ebay needs to allow sellers to give negatives to buyers again or at least a neutral. jmho
of course if they live close to me, i just go ice pick their tires spray paint their house, car, dog, cats, and children and then I feel a little better of course if it is for a lot of money more than 10.00 dollars then I really get mad.
