Charmy's Latest Conder Tokens Just in From Todd!!

Here are some new Conders I recently acquired. Except for the cricket which I got at last year's Stack's auction, I bought them raw at the November Baltimore, sent them in to NGC to be graded, got them back in FUN, then had Todd photograph them. As you can see, I especially enjoy critter tokens!

I've always admired Conders, though I've never allowed myself to step onto the slippery slope of collecting them- I fear my enthusiasm might quickly run far ahead of my budget. (It almost always does, anyway, regardless of what I'm collecting.)

I like all of those, but something about the last one with the snail on it spoke to me the most.

BTW, Charmy, there was a recent thread on the Darkside where Zohar was asking how many female collectors were on the boards. I just linked this thread up in that one. You know there are Conder fans aplenty over there.

I love that zebra Charmy, nice pickup, and the James' tiger is a great one also. I'm not trying to steal your thunder but I'll put mine here too, I actually prefer yours

Jerry, that's a beautiful tiger too! And here's a different shot of the same tiger I posted above - it looks completely cameo with bright mirrored fields....

Beautiful as usual, Charmy. Thanks for sharing, as always. I suppose I should put in a plug for the Michael Dlugosz digital Conder token reference. I just looked up several of these pieces (without ever lifting my D&H) and discovered that the Middlesex-D&H-438 is listed as RR, "very rare."
