This one from Brunswick-Luneburg-Calenburg-Hannover, what a mouthful eh. George I of England became Elector in 1698, and it passed down to George III of England in 1760, in 1814 the name was shortened to just plain old Hannover. This 1807 1/6 Taler is a one year type and currently resides in a PCGS 62 holder. Notice that the obverse gives his title of King of Britain only, fits in rather nicely with my British and German States collections.

It's a nice looking example, too.
What's the silver content? Looks like, well... "German silver". (i.e., .800-something?) Interesting event goin' on with the rims, there (cuds?).
