Not being a smart arse, but wherever you can find them the cheapest. Sometimes taking the time to do some due dilignece and shopping around pays off.

Tulving usually has the smallest spreads if you buy or sell larger amounts. BST is pretty good. Gaithersburg Coin Exchange, Silvertowne, Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange, and Apmex do alright by me. Sometimes you can find a guy at coin shows who is busy making a market in bullion, and that can work out ok.

I would shy away from Northwest Territorial Mint. They held my money for over a month on a large order that was supposed to ship fast = bad business.

After shopping around I always return to Tulving.

I usually print off the sell sheets from APMEX or Tulving, bring in the sheet to my local B&M, and ask if they can "come close." They always do and I always leave with product in hand. No signing for package, no having to wait for mail, no having to worry about if it will arrive, no surprises, and no trail...just the way I like it.

Premiums on 2011 ASE's are 'high' right now... you may want to consider older ones.
