Colorful Double Mint Sets - New 1956 Set Added - Last Few Days Before eBay!!!

Offers Welcomed before I list them on eBay...
I guess it's time to clean out my horde of Double Mint sets. I'd almost forgotten just how many of these things I had gathered over the past few years. I provided descriptions for each set above the listing along with it's price, which includes shipping insurance/delivery confirmation. If you'd like additional information about a set, please shoot me a PM and I'll give additional description.
I welcome personal checks from known board members. PayPal is ok too, but please add the 3% PayPal fee to the transaction. Five (5) day return if not pleased, less the shipping charges.

Please note: due to the age of these sets and their handling some of the envelopes may be somewhat ragged. Additionally, some of the paper on the boards (especially the 58 sets) have some holes on the back side where prior owner (I'm to careful do have done something like this) pushed the coin out of the set. I taped over the holes with clear tape to keep the paper from tearing further. Please ask about the set your interested in before purchase...if your like me I hate those kind of surprises.
1956 Set 1...$235
Includes both original envelopes, although the exterior envelope has the address cut out. Images understate the color on this set. Super clean and nicely toned P-Mint in sea-blue/sea-green, russet. Both halfs look FBL and the left side Roosie (rev up on first board) is FB. The D-Mint is lightly toned with one FB Roosie.

1956 Set 2...$355
Includes both envelopes. Just a MONSTER toned set! The P-Mint is a blue/russet. The cents are rainbow toned although one is a bit crusty as are one side of the dimes. Great color on the nickels too. The D-Mint has light rainbow toning on the quarters and cents. One side of the cents has a light green and magenta.

1956 Set 3...$275
Set has all envelopes. Nice clean set with multi color blue and lavander toning on the P-Mint. The D-Mint has very nice rainbow toning on the quarters and dimes. The cents have a strong and bright rainbow tone! One of my favorite sets due to it's evenly matched toning.

1956 Set 4...$175
Interior envelope only. Clean set with gentle toning. Not a monster, but still a very nice set, although one of the quarters has nice blue/magenta tones. The D-Mint has rainbow toning on the quarters. Looks better then the images.

Both envelopes included. Wonderful pastel toning of blues and magenta P-Mint. Really a cool looking set! My image does not do this set justice. The D-Mint has fantastic rainbow toning on all the silver and the cents are to die for! This is a super set.

1957 Set 6...$350
Includes both envelopes. The P-Mint has a stunning blue on the silver issues. One of the better P-Mint toned 57's I've seen and owned. Very colorful toning on the cents as well. The D-Mint has great rainbow toning on the silver and cents. Even the nickels have nice toning.

Interior envelope only. No D-Mint, just two P-Mint set...just the way I bought the set. Strong color all around.

Both envelopes included. Deep toned P-Mint of blue and gold/russet. The D-Mint has rainbow tones on the silver. The cents are sort of crusty.

1958 Set 9...$285 SOLD
Both envelopes included. GREAT looking set! The P-Mint has the usual blue tones with golds and magenta fixed in. Nicely matched toning. The D-Mint has that classic Rainbow toning and the halfs, quarters and dimes are colorful colors. Some powder blue tones on the nickels. The cents are not rainbow, but do have a magenta dusting.

Both envelopes included. The P-Mint is lightly toned and even color all around. The D-Mint has very nice rainbow toning on the silver issues. I really liked the dimes in this set. My image does not show these off very well. However, I believe one of the halfs was switched out in the D-Mint as it has little color. Still, a nice set.
