    I had a meeting in the Temple Building last week but was in too much of a hurry to stop in at HJB. I did notice that the window displays were gone and there was a little sign about remodeling or something like that.

    We were doing some routine maintenance which made a huge mess of the windows. We took everything out of the windows for a few days so that we wouldn't make a mess of it. I put the 3 US coin windows back in on Friday (changing the middle window to low priced slabs). The rest should be done this week. By the way our hours are M-F 9-4:45.

    it's a strange phenomena I've mentioned before, not limited to many store owners/webpage authors, they leave their store hours out.

    They even leave them out of normal yellow page listings, too. Go look.

    Sure, some include them, many don't. I've always wondered, why?!

    I just find it odd that people would leave out such, seemingly to me, important information.

    Guess that's why I don't run a shop...

    That's why it's best to call to make sure they are open before you make the trip unless you will already be in the neighborhood on other business.
