OC qualifier help

Hello. New to submitting. Would this card likely get OC qualifier? I'm thinking yes...

I think with the print marks and that centering you'd get a straight 7. I don't see a 9 possibility, maybe 8 oc but a 7 is most likely, probably not worth submiitting as you can probably find an 8 in the $5 range on ebay if you're not in a rush.

It measures 67/33 L/R at it's worst point. Not an O/C, but like others stated, not worth getting it slabbed either.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

I think it'll slide by with no qualifier for centering...

The ink thing is another point - it seems that the 73Ts are prone to looking like that and it may be overlooked. This is just an opinion and not based on experience or expertise.

    Here's a 63F - with very similar centering:

    Strong corners - good luck!

  • Thank you all for your opinions. Wouldn't be considering a submission except for the low pop of high grades for Buford.
