I found a card of Lou Gehrig with Bad Hygene

I just noticed on a 1961 Topps card I have that Gehrig has bad Personal Hygene. I have 5 of these cards, on 1 he has a black tooth.
Does anyone know if this is a rare print defect? I know it's not an error, just a printing flaw.
I did the best I could with my old scanner, but their is a black tooth in his mouth.
For those who never noticed, I'm a Gehrig fan.
