Question about Kevin Garnett

hey, hes an awesome player, but i have one question. how did a guy as dumb as kg get in the nba?? they should have rules against that. hell he couldnt get a 13 on his act to into college. come on. hell when they interview him i can hardly understand him. just my thoughts, what u all think?

If he's dumb, that's probably the reason he skipped college. I don't see how it would matter to the NBA if a player is dumb. All they care about is talent. It's not like you have to be a rocket scientist to play basketball

they should have rules like ftball. And the only reason he came right out of high school is because he couldnt get into college. he didnt skip out. he was just plain too stupid. anybody that CANT even get a 13 on ur act has to really be dumb!!

I think jbugs is dumb. KG can't be too stupid, He's got a hundred million dollars! Huh, Why go to college if your going to be that rich anyway? it's not like he's going to have to get a job when he retires from the NBA. Not everybody can be as smart as jbugs!

and kobe and lewis at least have a chance at ever going to college. kg has no shot unless they lower the standards down to a 11 to get in. lol

I'm turning into a wannabe kobe backer I guess but.....KG is not all that dumb. No one really knows what his score was on the ACT. If he did, I don't think less of him. He is brighter then most of the players out there when it comes to the game. He also has great personality, which will get him far even after he is out of the NBA. I would probably take people smarts over book smarts myself. I wish he would have went to college though, but then the wolves probably wouldn't have got him

Note: MJ had to have a speech classes when he first came into the league also. Garnett's speech has much improved from his rc year.

Yes, he is my favorite player....and for many reasons. I am aginst all these punks comming out of High School though.

True, but we're all suckers just sitting on the cpu, while he's b.s. with buddies, and getting all the ladies and cards he ever wanted.

I believe people make decisions in life...garnett spent time playing ball instead of doing homework. He was passionate about something and worked to be good at it.
