76-D Lincoln Error...anything worth while?

Picked this up on the cheap because I liked the look of it. The rim comes up high over the face of the coin and it almost looks like there is extra metal. Striking error of some kind...is there a premium attached to this? Thanks.

It's a somewhat dramatic misaligned obverse die. Someone might give a dollar or two for it, but it would probably be a tough sell since all of the design elements are present.

It's a MAD.
Not much premium but I'd pull it if I saw it while searching.

It's as everyone else has said-a misaligned die. Probably worth $4 or $5 (it's a little nicer than many.)
