where is the best place to buy modern complete sets?

does anyone know a good site to buy complete sets? I just had a baby and would like to buy him a fb, bb, bk, and h set every year. I mostly collect football so not sure what the best sets are for the other sports. I used to buy the topps factory set every year.. but have given up on that because they eventually become worthless.. i'm not looking to buy these as a major investment.. but at the same time it will be no fun for him when he is 10 to show is friends completely worthless sets. I was thinking for football to stick to topps chrome. with so many sets and inserts.. i've decided when i look for rookies for my personal collection.. to just get the topps chrome. If he doesn't have a topps chrome like brady or romo then i just go with bowman chrome. does anyone have suggestions for sets from the other sports? i'm prob leaning towards topps or bowman chrome for bb too. i'm not looking for the most premium set like Sp.... but don't want complete junk ether. thanks for any suggestions.
