Gemmy Iowa 1946 Commemorative - One owner, low miles.

My older brother asked me to sell his coin collection. My Dad was from Iowa and gave him this coin. So, it's been in one family since 1946 - no miles as it's simply been stored for years. Looks MS64 to me.

Did you know there are some still held back for sale in 2046 (Red Book). I wonder who is charged with holding them??
