New Morgan error

Just picked this one up and didn't notice the label until afterwards.
I'm thinking die adjustment/misaligned/partial collar.
Can anyone more knowledgeable pinpoint what I have here?
Couple of points:
Obverse stars and lettering are nearly flat, no relief, this was hard to show in photos.
Rim is beveled near outside edge, flat near denticles.
Reverse wreath is interesting, left side of bow is flat, no detail, right of bow has some design elements.
Again, flat outside lettering and stars.
Full luster!

just a tad weak strike
PCI at one time would put just about anything on the label you asked for
I probably wouldn't even call it that
if it were in-hand. It barely shows in
the scans.........
These are common this minor, and
would carry no premium as an error.

Edited to add: It could just be a weak strike.

with "Red X"...Holy cow Fred, where's the Red X??
Anyway Cheezhead, I like it, even if it isn't worth a premium.
Cheers!
