    My guess is this is a newbee that joined under the Platinum membership level. This may well be this fellow's last submission to PCGS. Hard lesson.
    I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.

    If they were 91's maybe you might have a comment but 1/2 being 98's I would like to see the coins as it may just be an aggressive try and get coins holdered.
