    Recognizing that lighting can do funny things, I think I'd agree. Also seeing it at the bottom/side of the torch in your second photo.

    What's the year/MM?

    I am hoping it's a discovery coin.It's a 1967-P Roosevelt.
    The only DDR listed by CONECA for 1967 is a Special Mint Set coin with "light spread on ONE DIME".
