I found the best prices, shipping charges and service at ProvidentMetals.com.
Can't complain with Gainesville either.
But if you have a B&M close by, that would be the best choice, definitely in the long run.

(there is a bunch of Engelhard 1oz bar on BST at a nice price)

If you are looking for something specific APMEX has a very large selection of bullion products, albeit at higher prices.

Scottsdale bars are not bad either.
They offer free shipping on these ones.
