Nicely struck silver ingot.

As I am new to most of this, do the companies that strike silver ingots actually take pride in the strike or do they just care about the metal weight and purity?
Here is one that I have in my Masonic collection that is beautiful.
You can see my very expensive photography rig in the bottom pic.
