Thought the other thread might have said it all. Not sure until you auction it off. or You can do what most do and just ask 10,000.00 or something higher if your not sure of the value. But I would also guess just a few hundred. Havent had to many people beging me for this item but it does have value.

1935 Quaker Oats "Scorer Fob", or "Umpires Scorer"

no repos were made, but the exact one you have in its condition (missing pieces) are very very common, with usually 3-10 on eBay at all times.

    info
They are made of celluloid, not plastic.
They originally came with a leather band and buckle, obtained in a small envelope from a mail in offer to company.
Often found with the dials frozen or the loop broken off at top, and very rarely found with the band/buckle.

They are found with the Braves hat, or a much rarer Yankees hat.

They are sometimes found in unusual colors, ie red (rare)

A Yankees hat one with original band/buckle will bring close to $1000, but yours (missing band, w/Braves) is worth about $50-$75 in the real world, but you may find someone who has never seen one buy it for 2X that thinking they got a deal. I buy them for under $40 often on eBay.

I have 6 of them right now, and have owned 25-35 of them over the years.

PS didnt look at the link to old post or pics until now.... take a look at the pics "wrongleg" has links to above, this scorer he shows was and still is the best one Ive ever seen, even though it has the far more common Braves hat it would go for good $$ because of the rarely seen band and envelop.

w/o the band and envelop these are very common

    ie.
