Showing off my new Seated Quarters! (Lots of Pics.)

Most of these are coins that I had certified. The 1840-O is the only seated quarter (out of 30 or so) that I have had bodybagged. It was possibly mount-removed, but nice, I thought it would pass under the radar...I was wrong.

I have a feeling that TomB is going to like this thread.

    I do too.

Nice coins. Very nice. I don't think there was a single one I wouldn't happily own.

Very nice original examples. I particularly like the 1839 though there all outstanding. Great coins. image

I like the '78-CC... very, very scarce coin.
  • Nice quarters Simon. That 1869 is a tough year.
  • Nice set of coins...

you should be proud to have them...

Very nice looking group. You have a good eye.
If I say something in the woods, and my wife isn't around. Am I still wrong?

    Thanks everyone.

Quartercollector: Yes, very tough. I will probably keep this one even when I upgrade, they are tough enough that it brings out the hoarder in me.
garrynot: They are much more difficult that one would expect. I think it's because they are CC coins, and demand is high for CC's due to the "old west" factor and the mystique surrounding that era in US history.
MikeInFl: You are probably right, but I don't know if I am willing to chance it at that grade level. If it was an AU I might, just becuase the upside is much higher. I will probably just find another one, they are not super tough to find.
