Attractively priced at $49.00 postpaid to US addressed via First Class Mail with DC. You may upgrade is desired. International orders welcome, but ask for shipping quote (I am VERY reasonable).
If you want to use Paypal, you have to pay for the shipping as this is a low-margin deal. Otherwise, your check or money order are fine.
