I know the coin is only in good - fair condition, but is there a premium for such a thing?

These lams are very common in the Lincoln series so no premium would be attached to this coin.
Some coins are just plain "Interesting"

No value at all ? Im surprised , i don't collect Lincolns or pay much attention but i did last night watching a seller move a lot of teen years cents , averaged 10 bucks a coin and the 1911 i think it was $61 , think it was an S.
