Calling for rally in dollar.

So i'm reading about a setup for a rally in the dollar, seems most are in limbo before they make a jump into commodities.
Do most of you really feel we'll see a significant dip in PM's before any new bullish trend occurs?

Seems this article is calling for a dip before any clear cut trend is speculated.

Everyone has been calling for a dollar rally continuation since the start of December. Now the question should be was that it?

The dollar is also due for a 3 year bottom in the next 3-6 months. Can't have both a rally and a bottom at the same time. Someone has to be wrong.

The guy linked below was looking for a yearly dollar bottom in December but it came a month earlier. Now the question is when will the bounce be over and the next downtrend into a bottom occur? Since his bottom price prediction (71) was off by about 8 pts. That puts his rebound target off by the same amount....or adjusted to 82. Yeah, it's also troublesome that he's been somewhat off in the timing. There's nothing that says a 3 yr bottom couldn't occur on a higher low either. CV tends to wait for bottoms to come to him followed by a bounce and retest before he enters a trade. I haven't found his short term calls on gold, SPY, or Dollar to be as useful as his general trading philosophy.
