Paypal question for the board.

If your paypal account is neither linked to a bank account or for some reason your bank account won't accept paypal transfers, what are your options to receive the funds if you don't want to leave it in paypal?

1.50 for a check to be mailed to you, they also have a debit card option with a couple perks if you do actually use it.

I have a PayPal Visa Debit card which allows you spend the money right away. I think I just had to add another card that is linked to my paypal account so I could use the visa, but my paypal is still linked to a bank account I closed a few years ago.

I'm not sure if the OP resolved his issue, but I wanted to add one more thing.

My PayPal Debit card which is linked to my paypal account is issued by JP Morgan Chase Bank. I was able to go to a Chase Bank using my PayPal Debit card this weekend and withdraw my funds. BTW, I'm not a Chase Banking Customer.

if you have a paypal debit card, you can go to any ATM and withdraw cash for a fee , up to 400.00 a day is the limit I think.
