Timing for purchase.

Although the fluctuation is a few dollars I am having a bit of fun and hesitation trying to time my purchase for some silver bars from Scottsdale silver.
Their silver just bumped up a few dollars from earlier today when I was contemplating hitting the checkout button.

I know it's ridiculous to ask for speculation but I'd feel better about just asking those experienced buyers beforehand, should wait or just go for it?

Would appreciate the feedback!

I'm thinking the same thing. I have a big (well, big for me) silver order I want to place in the next month or so.

I'm thinking if you wait a month longer you had better be making a good wage to make up the difference that a month will make in the price

    you will have to pay.

Honestly I do remember timing or at least trying to time for the lows on PM
purchases. But, when I look back at my purchases I can't for the life of me
tell you which purchases were timed or just bought at market.

Time heals all wounds and no one remembers the pain years later.

People who try to hit tops or bottoms almost never do. About six(?) years ago, with gold hovering in the $255 range, we had a good bullion customer who said that he would buy 4,000 ounces worth ($1,000,000) as soon as it hit $250. It never did, and he never pulled the trigger.

Well, we're one for two then....I decided to hold off for a while. I decided I don't want to limit my cash reserves right before I head back to school.
