Looks like a 66 if the lustre is there.
When in doubt, don't.

If it has luster it has a shot at MS66. Hard to tell by the picture,looks over dipped.

MS65+ I think you overexposed the image a bit.

65, and I agree about the photo. Makes it look dipped and lusterless. I'll bet it's gorgeous!

I suspect it looks much better in hand- lustre is something tought to photograph- could go 66

I'll guess 65, but it's very difficult to guess the grade without being able to see the luster better - the TPG's weight luster heavily. If it's really blooming, it could go 66. If it's flat (as the pic suggests), then 64 is more likely.
