Question about lot won from Heritage Auctions

I just received a lot of autographed items from Heritage Auctions, the listing stated that one of the items was a 1989 SF Giants ticket signed by Hank Aaron, the pictures showed the front of the ticket and I just assumed that the ticket was signed on the back, but in fact it is not signed at all. How will Heritage handle this? Just curious if anyone else has run into something like this before.

don't they have a customer service number? i think a quick call to them would get you the answers you need...

Hi, I had a problem with Heritage on a package I never received. I made several phone calls and got nowhere. I finally emailed Chris Ivey and got resolution fairly quickly. You may want to do that. I would think that they would take it back if the lot was misrepresented. PS. It is kind of ironic your name is Heritage Addict and you cannot get a hold of anyone there. Good luck, Trapperlad
