Grade the Napoleon 20 franc?

And does anyone recognize the insert? I'm more of a bullion guy than a darkside guy, but this was melt today and I couldn't pass it up. The luster and strike are all there. I think it's a solid MS. Thoughts about value over and above melt, if any?

I could see it being MS60 details. Shame about those rim gouges at 6-8 oclock on the obverse though.

Looks MS- NOT SURE ABOUT THE RIMS

The holder may be one of the old Hannes Tulving inserts- anyway, that is my guess

Not certain of the technical grade, but definitely a very pretty Napoleon.
