Ok guys, I need some education on posting...pls help

I came across an article that I think would be of great interest to the board. My problem is that I continue to fail at my attempts to post a link to an article. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate someone taking the time either here or via PM to educate me on how to post a link to a story. Crayon works best for me.
