Is anyone else having problems with buyers and sellers on eBay?
1. I purchased an item on 12/8, supposedly shipped 12/24; item still not received. Sellers feedback is 3808 at 100%!
2. It took 10 days for a seller to send an item; item still not received. From the listing: "Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment."
3. I sold an item and the buyer immediately stated he wouldn't pay. He asked me to "cancel this by mutual agreement." I have to wait 4 days to file a non-paying bidder claim before I can relist the item.
