1951 Bowman Mantle Question

Dear Fellow Collectors,

I've been looking at several examples of the '51 Bowman Mantle RC card for purchase recently (finding a centered one is clearly tough) and noticed that all have one or two sharp vertical lines running down the middle of the card (when the card is held in its proper horizontal viewing position).

Are these lines endemic to the issue, or can authentic examples be found without this blemish? Thanks.

Print lines are common with the card but there's plenty of examples out there without them. The more distracting they are, the more they'll affect the price. Centering is key for a lot of people and centered cards with no print lines don't stick around too long.
