I thought it looked interesting so I clicked on BIN right after the seller reduced the price....

The coin was described as circulated and damaged. But when I received it, yes there are a couple of rim bumps, I just gave it a quick acetone bath and all of the dullness just lifted off to reveal very nice surfaces.

I am pretty sure it will not win me an award but I am very pleasantly surprised! What do you think?

It is slightly off center - thats how it was sold - but in hand it looks more like an uncentered broadstrike.
