What do do with an ebay purchase that grades 'min size'?

I have a modern card that was qualified as 'min size' (not trimmed), and therefore not graded. Anyone know if I have recourse? I hate to try and put this on the seller (who I bought it from a month or less ago). Insight appreciated...this sucks. Card definitely seems to be 1mm or so short.

Did the seller mention anything in the description(or in an email, message, etc) about a guarantee that the card would grade at PSA? If not, I would guess that you are stuck. image

This happens to me all the time. Unless the card is worth alot, I wouldn't worry about it. PSA will give you the grading fees back, also. If the card is worth alot, I would try to send it back, the customer needs to be happy. Call EBAY and discuss the situation and tell them how unhappy you are.

This use to happen to me a lot back in the day and I would always just resub it. The second time, it always graded.

Some cards come from the factory this way. Not sure if you can get your $$ back from the seller, but being a seller on ebay, I would probably have known it was minimum size before listing.

If the card isn't worth much, keep it. if the card is worth something you should have probably bought it already graded.

No worries, eloy - it was someone I did not know. Oddly enough in all the modern I have purchased, this is the first time I have had an issue with a raw card...perhaps I have just been lucky? Per others I will probably resub one or two more times to PSA, and if they don't take it I will send to BGS...ha.
