Anybody know if the Dup. listing violation can affect status?

Morning,
Listed several different incomplete sets of 1985 Football this weekend. 381 cards in each, but not missing the same 15 cards in any two listings. E-Bay removed two of them as duplicate listings (Title was the same). Does anybody understand all of E-bay's endless rules to know if this is going to affect my status (Discount), or in any way come back to haunt me. Ie: What kind of violation this is? If it doesn't, I am not going to waste my time with a phone call to some Monkey trying to explain, even though I know I'm right, I'll just re-list them and put 380 cards, and then 379 cards...ect. so the title is different.
I'v looked at my Seller dashboard and can't see any effect so far....but you never know with frickin' Fee-bay!!!
Anybody had thes problem affect their status as of yet?
Thanks
Neil

<< <i>The policy wasn't intended for your situation so it won't affect your status unless you keep on listing it the same way. If they're different then show the difference in the title. If the lots of 381 out of 396 aren't missing the same 15 cards then why wouldn't you mix the sets to get them as close to 396 cards as you can, then work your way down. >>
Good Question,
But just not worth the extra time spent on the lots to colate into descending sets. I don't do all the sets at one time, just each time I sell a few, I go through a few to add to listings. They came to me like this. For $16-$18 per (Selling Price), I have enough time into them just figuring out which 15 cards are missing. So not worth any additional effort. They sell quickly this way as well, don't know why, but lots of 360-385 Cards have been selling quite nicely.
Just want to make sure F$^Ck-Bay doesn't find this a way to screw one out of the Seller Fees discount. It does add up!

Repeated violations will definitely hurt the seller.
I suspect - but DO NOT know for certain - that ONE such
violation is not serious. BUT, since ALL violations are
cumulative for purposes of determining future sanctions, I
would call Peggy The Monkey at EBAY and tell her that the
listings were NOT duplicates.

Policy overview
Sellers can't use separate listings to sell multiple identical items in the fixed price format at the same time. This includes listing identical items in different categories or using different user IDs.
Make sure your listings follow these guidelines. If they don't, they may be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.
What are the guidelines?
Items are considered identical if there is no significant difference between them. To avoid having listings ended, make sure that you reflect the differences between items in the title, price, photo, or item description.
Allowed
Creating two or more listings for items that are not identical, identifying the difference in titles, prices, photos, or descriptions.
Creating one listing with variations.
One fixed price listing selling multiple items that are identical.
Creating two or more listings to sell bundles or "lots" of items that are sufficiently different and clearly satisfy different buyer needs.
For example, listing a pack of 10 envelopes meets one buyer's need while a pack of 100 envelopes would meet another buyer's need.
More than one auction-style listing, as long as the listings follow our search and browse policy, including auction-style listings with a Buy It Now price.
Including more than one product number, product name, or brand in the listing as long as the item being listed is specifically made to fit each product and it follows our search and browse policy.
Listing separately two or more identical items if the items are in different condition, such as one new item, one used, and one refurbished.
Restricted
If you have items made to fit specific products, models, or brands—such as connector cables, phone chargers, or auto parts—you can have up to 5 fixed price listings per item. Please see the examples below for additional information. Note: This exception does not apply to generic or universal items that fit all/most products (for example, AA batteries).
When listing in Motors Parts & Accessories categories where parts compatibility is available, you can use up to 5 separate listings to sell identical parts as long as:
the parts compatibility listings table shows different vehicle matches in each listing
the compatibility tables are filled with the maximum of 300 different vehicles selected by the seller
Not allowed
Using separate listings to sell generic or universal items—such as AA batteries, generic lens caps, generic cases, and cables—and listing them as being specifically compatible with certain products.
Using separate listings to sell items compatible with several products or models where the same compatible models are displayed in all listings.
Creating more than one listing for items that aren't significantly different.
Creating separate listings to sell identical items on eBay Motors where the listing includes the same part, and the vehicles the part fits, in both the title and the parts compatibility table.
Adding an additional item of insignificant value to the listing of identical items in order to create a listing that appears different.
More than one identical fixed priced item listed separately from the same seller, including listing the items:
Under another eBay user ID
In different categories, although you might be able to list an item in a second category.

<< <i>It happened to me the other day also. I called EBAY and they said it would not hurt your status in any way and even returned my listing fees.
put that in your pipe and smoke it

Thanks Storm,
Will do, better to be Pre-Emptive with Idiots then to have to react from an "after the fact" position, down the road!!
YeeHah

Then I'd list the card numbers included in each individual listing, which might take 10-20 minutes, but it's not about the time or money. Sometimes it's worth it to win a pissing contest. Like you said, you know you're right. Don't give in just because someone in a position of authority has less intelligence than a flea.
I really do. Having personally dealt with you before, I'm not able to see how anyone could have a problem with your/you.
Cheers man
