Question about submitting Bazooka hand cut cards and monthly specials.

I know it does not specifically say that these handcut Bazooka cards are excluded from the special but I just want to make sure they are acceptable in a monthly special submission.
With handcut cards such as the 60's Bazooka's do I need to note a Min. Grade of "Authentic" if the card will likely not receive a number grade, I have a few Bazooka's that are trimmed beyond the perforated line. Or am I correct in assuming they will automatically holder it "Authentic" if the card does not grade.
Would greatly appreciate your feedback.
