Is there a way to make a NPBers item go away from the feedback page?

I don't get why it's even there.

I'm afraid I'll accidentally leave the guy positive feedback while I'm leaving feedback for people that actually paid.

is that gonna stick around forever or just until the time is up on leaving someone feedback?
