1987 Topps Mattingly All Star #606 trademark on front?

5 Mattingly cards currently on ebay

I don't see any differences in the scans between the ones marked "trademark on front" or "no trademark on front."

Does anyone know what this is in reference to? Thanks.

    A couple are labeling errors. The TM that was originally missing is next to the all-star logo.
    Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
    Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.

    Either PSA mis-printed the label or something is amiss. The TM that is missing is referring the "TM" under the Eagle in the upper left hand corner. I have seen both of the cards in person to see the difference. Things that make you go image

    Currently collecting 1934 Butterfinger, 1969 Nabisco, 1991 Topps Desert Shield (in PSA 9 or 10), and 1990 Donruss Learning Series (in PSA 10).

    The TM under the Eagles wing is correct. It is both with and without the TM. I think the without is only slightly harder to find. If I can find mine, I will post a scan for you.
