The ANA has the old numbers and associated data (1991 and before). After that I'm not sure due to all of the changes in ownership. Currently, you need to call and ask.

I have a printed ANACS population report from 2004 that is supposed to include all coins grades while ANACS was owned by the ANA and subsequently by Amos Press. The report is over 1.5 inches thick.
