ROLL TIDE Baby!

Wow. I expected a good game after the disappointment against Auburn (and his highness the Cam - please lower your eyes as you read this) but this is unbelievable. I think the Spartans may run out of players.

It's really this way in Alabama

Further proof that anyone outside of the SEC doesn't know what college football is about.

This season I would say outside the SEC West. The East was bad this year, not ACC, Big 10 or Big 12 bad, but bad.

Not all bowl games are forgotten.

I can remember one from a couple of years ago when Alabama played Utah.....

yes, but we do know about denistry, laws about inbreeding, and how not to be on probation in COLLEGE sports.

LOL! That's amazing. How nice is the view from your ivory tower? Some things we know about in the south are gorgeous women (with all their teeth), the lowest tax rates in the country, and amazing natural resources.

  • another embarrassment for the big 10. michigan state is highly overrated. michigan losing big is another embarrassment. wisconsin losing to tcu (it's currently 21-13 in the 4th quarter) is another embarrassment. i'm a die hard buckeye fan and i'm preparing for yet another embarrassment

Wrong forum I think. (but I'll be the first to bump this in September if the Tide stumble in Happy Valley).

I would love to come up and see that game. All the Penn State folks I met down here this year were top notch. I think there's alot of mutual respect between the two programs.

SEC West: Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, LSU, Mississippi State, and Ole Miss. Pick the top 6 of any conference in the country, and I'll take those 6 from the SEC West. I'd venture a guess that the SEC West would win 4 or 5 of those games, and maybe all 6 in football. The 5th best team in a 6 team SEC division just handed Michigan its worst bowl loss ever. The 3rd or 4th best team (depending on where you rank Alabama) beat the Big-Ten Co-Champions 49-7. Why does there have to be an argument about the SEC and the Big Ten from anyone? Let us just accept the fact that the SEC is better in football, and the Big Ten is better in hockey.

RTR! I love that commercial and all the exposure on ESPN the last 2 years has been unreal. 10-3 was a disappointing season in some respects, but 36-5 in the last 3 seasons is still very strong. Bring on 2011!
